ENVIRONMENTAL
LEED THE CHARGE. BUILD GREEN.
With environmental impact a top priority, not just for property owners and developers, but for businesses of every type and size, Ben’s experience navigating the challenges surrounding green building will help you mitigate issues, generating potential significant savings, and meet/exceed all structural fabrication environmental specifications.
At the heart of the Ben’s Structural Fabrication is a commitment to the fact that “green” building practices are not only good for the environment, but also make good business sense. With this philosophy comes our commitment to LEED Certification. LEED provides a complete framework for assessing performance and meeting sustainability goals. Based on well-founded scientific standards, LEED emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies and awards points in six major areas including: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in design.
QUALITY CONTROL
Triple Check Redundancy
Here at Ben’s, we pride ourselves on exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and the reliability of our fabrication. We have incorporated a company-wide quality control procedure designed to assure the quality and reliability of our product. This focus means we are committed to attaining the complete satisfaction of our customers. As a result, we are working to the highest standards in the industry – enabling us to exceed our customers’ highest expectations.
Our approach is one of “do-it-ourselves,” and indeed, while outsourcing production is now common practice in the industry, Ben’s continues to estimate, detail, and fabricate in the same way we have throughout our 50-year history – with our own passionate staff, at our central Minnesota facility.
TRUSTED & CERTIFIED
We are the recipient of multiple quality assurance certifications, which means your project gets done right, the first time.
We are proud that Ben’s Structural Fabrication has been awarded the Certification Standard for Steel Building Structures from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
